• Is in home care offered on the weekend?

    Ordinarily the House Call Professional makes house calls Monday thru Friday.
  • What insurances do you accept?

    We accept Medicare and most other insurances. Private pay options are also available.
  • Will my insurance cover at home healthcare?

    Medicare and Medicaid will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the other 20% billed to the patient’s secondary insurance, the same as in the physician’s office.
  • How much does a HCP house call cost?

    We accept Medicare and most insurances for HCP house calls. Deductibles or co-payments required for medical services are handled in the same way as a trip to a physician’s office.
  • Do you take private pay patients?

    Yes. We require a $500 deposit, payable by cash, cashier’s check, or money order at the time of the house call or by Visa/MasterCard prior to the visit
  • What if I need an urgent house call?

    Our mobile house call services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home within 24-72 hours.
  • What mobile health care services do you offer?

    We offer basically the same health care services that you would get in a doctor’s office setting, including physical examinations, laboratory services, diagnostic testing and mobile x-ray.
  • What if I have to go to the hospital?

    HCP works with all the local area hospitals and will continue your health care before and after your hospital stay.
  • What are the in home care HCP hours?

    House call professionals generally make house calls between 6:30 am and 4:30 pm depending on the schedule of the house call professional.
  • Will I see the same house call professional on each house call visit?

    We make every effort to send the same house call professional to visit you for each house call.
  • Can I still see my regular doctor?

    HCP will assume the role of your primary care provider. HCP will advise your regular doctor during your course of treatment and consult with any specialty providers you have as deemed necessary.
  • What if I need to contact my doctor after hours?

    After hours, we have an on-call service that is available to triage your health care needs.
  • Do you come out for emergency visits?

    Feel free to contact your HCP provider; we will schedule a sick visit within 24-72 hours. However, if it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
